On Monday, Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike pledged to provide Rabiu Kwankwaso, the NNPP’s presidential candidate, with logistical help for his campaign in the state.
Wike made the declaration at the opening of the Mgbutanwo Internal Roads in the state’s Emohua Local Government Area.
Wike believes that the former governor of Kano State is qualified to serve as president of the United States.
“You are a man of integrity. It is bad that we are not in the same party, but God will provide assistance when it is needed,” he remarked. These are the folks who ought to be discussing national leadership, not others. I want to let you know that I will provide you with the logistical assistance if you come here to conduct a campaign.
The Rivers Governor had on Thursday made the same commitment to Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s nominee for president.
