El-Rufai pays a visit to the SDP office amidst rumors of defection [Video]

Prior to the 2027 general elections, Nasir El-Rufai, the former Governor of Kaduna State, visited the Abuja National Secretariat of the Social Democratic Party, SDP on Wednesday.

According to a source, El-Rufai had a consultation meeting with the National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Shehu Musa Gabam.

El-Rufai, who previously served as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja, holds a prominent position within the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Despite being nominated for a ministerial role in President Bola Tinubu’s administration, El-Rufai’s confirmation was not granted by the Senate.
