The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Mr. Nyesom Wike, has been criticised by the Muslim Rights Concern, or MURIC, for his plans to collaborate with Israeli security specialists.
“The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, revealed Monday that he was negotiating a partnership with Israeli security professionals to enhance security in Abuja.
“We would like to issue a warning that such cooperation with the state of Israel will worsen Nigeria’s security situation by escalating it from a local crisis to an international fracas engineered by MOSSAD (Israel’s secret spies), with the possibility that Nigeria will become the focal point of competition for international espionage organisations like the American CIA and the Russian SVR and FSB.
We think Wike is courting Israel now because, like the majority of Nigerian Christians, he believes Israel to be a Christian state when in fact it is the opposite.
Numerous incidents demonstrate that Judaism is the only religion that Israel acknowledges and respects.
In a statement released on Thursday, Prof. Ishaq Akintola, the executive director of MURIC, stated that “Christians are constantly being attacked in Israel” and that Jews “just yesterday, Wednesday, Sept. 4, spit on Christian pilgrims in Jerusalem.”
To top it all off, Akintola said, Israel’s haughty demeanour at the UN, where it ignores its resolutions, is famous. Israel’s violence against the Palestinians has been denounced in at least 45 UN resolutions.
“We cannot have as our ideal security partner in Nigeria a terrorist state. The Israelis should be driven to Rivers State by Wike. Muslims and Christians in Nigeria both face an existential threat from Israel.
