People will retire after the 2023 election-Wike
According to Governor Nyesom Wike, many Rivers state lawmakers will retire after the 2023 elections.
The governor spoke on Thursday in Port Harcourt during the launch of the Rumukurishi flyover.
He made the point that the 2023 election will determine the state’s voter-influencing figures.
Wike also mentioned that the People’s Democratic Party is prepared to go on if it loses the election, but he emphasized that other parties should be as well.
“2023 will reaffirm to us those who have control over voters,” he claimed. Those whose opinions their voters will consider
“It is not enough for you to be in Abuja and tell them to go because our polling boots won’t be in Abuja, or whatever else you’re telling them.”
“In 2023, people will retire due to this election.” We’ll leave if they defeat us, and they’ll leave if we defeat them. In actuality, they have already left.
The governor also criticized the APC for breaking its pledge to build a rail connection connecting Port Harcourt and Maiduguri.
