Ex-Minister of Steel and Power, Dr. Olu Ogunloye, has been listed as sought by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
In addition to serving as Nigeria’s Minister of State for Defence (NAVY) and Deputy National Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Ogunloye was the first Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
“The public is hereby notified that Olu Ogunloye whose picture appears above is wanted by the EFCC in an alleged case of corruption and forgery,” the EFCC stated in a post on its official Facebook handle on Tuesday.
The Akoko North Local Government Area in Ondo State is home to Ogunloye 75. The last address we have for him is 20 Sold Boneh Way, Badija, Ibadan.
In a related article, the commission also listed Ilumoyade T. Akinwale as wanted in connection with a possible case of money laundering.
From Ondo state’s Ondo East Local Government Area comes 39-year-old Akinwale.
According to the EFCC, No. 3 Chevron Drive in Lekki, Lagos State, was his last known whereabouts.
