We are reforming the state, the city we are building, structures and institutions that will survive us, and we’re putting in place a governance framework that will boost the economy’, he said.

He said that in the sake of the state as a whole, the political divisions brought about by the elections have already been put aside.

Also, the Progressive Governors Forum visited the President to request more support for states to better enjoy the blessings of democracy.

The team was led by Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo, who stated that the forum also used the visit to congratulate the President on the many steps he has made thus far to boost the economy.

As stated in the constitution, the government’s official duty is to provide the security and well-being of its population, and both will be provided here.

He continued, “We are his ambassadors; the Progressives Governors Forum is committed to and determined to support the president to ensure his success.”
