At least six people were killed in a mass shooting late Tuesday in Tel Aviv, Israel. Local media sources, citing police and emergency responders, report that several others have been wounded, with at least three individuals critically injured.

The attack occurred in the Jaffa district, located in the southern part of the city. Israeli police have confirmed they are investigating it as a possible terrorist act.

Unverified video indicates that the incident featured at least two assailants, who arrived via tram and began shooting at commuters instantly after disembarking. One of the attackers was seen seemingly carrying an M4-style assault rifle.

The incident occurred just moments before Iran unleashed a massive salvo of ballistic missiles targeting Tel Aviv and other locations in Israel. Initial reports, supported by numerous online videos, indicate that this attack was extensive, with many projectiles seemingly breaching the country’s air defenses.
