Politics 2023: Peter Obi’s Oyo campaign event draws massive throng of Obidients (PHOTOS)

On Wednesday, thousands of Peter Obi’s fans descended onto the campaign event held in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State. Obi is the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

The former governor of Anambra had bragged that the Oyo event will be the mother of all other campaign gatherings in a message on his Twitter account.

The gathering, according to Obi, would open people’s eyes who have doubts about the Labour Party’s chances of winning the 2023 presidential election.

“Today, the OBIdient train has rolled into Oyo,” he wrote. The Mother of All Rallies will take place there. My team and I are anticipating a huge rally where the unbelievers will start to believe. We are reclaiming Nigeria.”

According to Obasanjonews24, Obi’s fans, known as Obidients, crowded the campaign site.

On all social media platforms, still and moving images of the event’s massive attendance have been trending.
