On a phone call, an eyewitness told Channels Television that gunmen on motorcycles stormed the estate last night and shot sporadically, killing the victim, Alhaji Ibrahim Baraya Solo.
The gunmen fled the scene after murdering the victim, leaving him in a pool of blood.
ASP Abubakar Aliyu, the state police spokesman, confirmed the incident to Channels Television on Sunday, noting that the police investigation to find the criminal elements has already begun.
