Air strikes continue in southern Beirut. A BBC correspondent saw thick smoke rising from several locations in Dahieh on Saturday morning.
Elsewhere, the Israeli army said it was “attacking” targets in the Bekaa Valley after detecting missiles fired from Lebanon.
On Friday, Lebanese authorities said six people had been killed and 91 wounded in the airstrikes. Local officials said nearly 800 people have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon since Monday.
