APC Aspirants in Ondo Demand Genuine Reconciliation Efforts
In response to the post-primary crisis, seven out of the seventeen governorship aspirants from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state have issued a statement emphasizing the need for genuine reconciliation within the party.
They believe that it is crucial for the party to address internal issues and restore unity before the November poll.
The seven contenders, namely Morayo Lebi, Professor Dayo Faduyile, Dr Soji Ehinlanwo, Prince Diran Iyantan, Mayowa Akinfolarin, Funmilayo Waheed-Adekojo, and Jimi Odimayo, have urged party members who genuinely care about the party’s success to prioritize peace and work towards a resounding victory in the upcoming elections.

They also expressed their support for the party’s chosen gubernatorial candidate, His Excellency Lucky Aiyedatiwa, and called on all party members to rally behind him for an outstanding victory.
Additionally, they appealed to other aspirants and party members who may be aggrieved to set aside their grievances and join the collective effort towards victory, endorsing the proposed genuine reconciliation efforts.
