Ogenyi Okpoku, the convener of Concerned Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party (LP), is treating his supporters like failures by calling them failures.
Ogenyi made the claim while appearing as a panelist on Channels Television Politics Today on Thursday night.
He claimed that several governors who have failed their respective states are in contact with Obi.
“Mr. Peter Obi’s first port of call is failure. He is belittling those who fail. If you look around his campaign, you’ll see failures who are incapable of accepting responsibility for their acts.
“I’ll say that, yes. I don’t want to even mention the part of his DG that was found guilty. All of the governors who are in Peter Obi’s immediate vicinity are failures.
He said that Obi often helped governors who had failed in their states. He said, “There are governors he goes to visit.”
