11 alleged criminals are paraded by the police in Jigawa
The Nigerian Police Force showed 11 alleged criminals for crimes they are said to have done in Jigawa State.
On Wednesday, the accused were brought to the command’s headquarters in Dutse. This was done by CP Emmanuel Effiom Ekot, who is the state police commissioner.
He said that in December 2022, the suspects were taken into custody on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery, drug dealing, and illegal possession of firearms.

According to CP Effiom, the command has also been successful in recovering exhibits and things, including a Kasea motorcycle, a cutlass, seven rounds of ammunition, a Barrette rifle, 47 different types of ammunition, bows and arrows, and a constructed revolver handgun.
According to him, the suspects were brought up in court for prosecution.
But the commissioner said again that the police were ready to keep protecting the lives and property of local people.
He asked the people of the state to keep working with law enforcement to fight crime.
