However, instead of receiving support and encouragement, some fans criticized his personal story, labeling him a liar and claiming that his success was impossible because he was born into privilege.

Yemi emphasized that these individuals seemed to forget that it was his own personal journey, and only he truly understood the reasons behind his experiences.

He further explained that leaving home at a young age had significantly influenced the path his life had taken.

In addition to the negative comments about his personal journey, Yemi expressed his disappointment with fans who compared him to his colleague, Cute Abiola.

These individuals questioned why Cute Abiola had amassed five million followers on Instagram while Yemi had less than a million.

Yemi found these comparisons insensitive and wondered how fans could come up with such thoughts.

It was evident that these comments had a negative impact on him, as he felt overshadowed and left behind by his colleague’s success.

Yemi also voiced his support for the proposed regulation of social media by the government. He believed that the first step should be to regulate the comments made on social media platforms.

He highlighted a distressing incident where a lady solicited funds to feed her three children, only to receive a heartless response suggesting that she should sell one of her kids.

Yemi found such comments deeply saddening and emphasized the potential harm they could cause, even leading someone to contemplate suicide.

This example further reinforced his belief that stricter regulations were necessary to prevent such insensitive and harmful comments from being made on social media.
