Funke Akindele, a producer and actress in Nollywood, has voiced worries about the rise of female “baddies” on social media.

The world-record-breaking director expressed concern about the “so-called baddies” because they need to be more than just social media models showing off their attractive bodies and opulent lifestyles.

In a recent interview with Arise TV, Akindele stressed the need for content producers to educate their audience in addition to providing them with entertainment.

She also cautioned followers to be careful about the content they watch.

“You have to watch what you churn out, but I love watching beautiful content.” Akindele advised, “You need to concentrate on your brand, what you’re selling, and what you want other people to learn from you.

“I’m incredibly concerned about these alleged villains. A villain without showing off your best qualities? We must be aware of the good deeds and content you are producing that you may be proud of. Put that on the table for us. Yes, showcasing fashion is a terrific idea. However, what are you showing us upstairs? Are you just a mouthpiece for terrible guys? Besides dancing, what other talents do you possess?
