The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar called on opposition political parties, but the All Progressives Congress (APC) stated President Bola Tinubu remained unfazed in fulfilling his campaign pledges of the Renewed Hope mandate.

In response to Atiku’s demand that opposition political groups unite to challenge the ruling party, APC spokesman Felix Morka advised him to focus “on repairing his damaged political psyche and attempt to revive his comatose PDP” and leave APC out of his dilemma.

“However, we welcome the former Vice President’s charge to opposition political parties to rally together to engage in opposition politics,” a portion of a statement from Morka said.

“We, on our part, will not stop President Bola Tinubu from upholding the Renewed Hope Agenda, which he used to win the election and create a more secure, powerful, and prosperous nation that benefits all citizens. Nigerians deserve that, and that is what matters to them.
