We are actively tracking down the individuals who abducted the Lagos PDP chairman-Ogun CP
According to the Ogun State Police Command, they are pursuing those responsible for the kidnapping of Mr Philip Aivoji, the chairman of the PDP’s Lagos chapter, who was abducted on the Lagos-Ibadan motorway.

This was said by State Police Commissioner Mr. Abiodun Alamutu on Friday in an interview with reporters in Abeokuta.
According to Obasanjo News24, Aivoji was abducted on Thursday night by individuals who have not yet been recognised.
He was kidnapped together with nine other party members at the Ogere axis of the Lagos-Ibadan motorway.
When they were kidnapped, it was reported that they were on their way back from the party’s Stakeholders’ Zonal Caucus Meeting in Ibadan.
The CP promised that the party chieftain’s kidnappers will be apprehended by the police.
He claimed that during a gunfight between the police and the assailants, nine of the abducted were freed and the PDP Chairman was carried away.
Indeed, on Thursday night at Ogere on the Lagos-Ibadan motorway, they were abducted.
