Victory Declared: Rivers State Overcomes Its Adversaries by Fubara

Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara, expressed his gratitude to the Ijaw Youths Council (IYC) Worldwide for their unwavering support and solidarity during the ongoing crisis in the state, stating that his camp has emerged victorious against the enemies of the state.

Fubara, in his address to the national and state leadership of IYC during a solidarity walk to the Government House in Port Harcourt, emphasized the importance of celebrating the liberation of the state and the legacy of the late Maj. Isaac Adaka Boro, who championed equity, justice, and fair play for the Ijaw people.

The governor highlighted the significance of unity among the Ijaw nation and all genuine Rivers men as liberators, underscoring the common goal of ensuring the freedom and progress of the state.

He commended the crowd for their support and reassured them that peace would prevail as the enemies of the state had already been defeated.
