Morgan, nevertheless, claims that Man United became the first English side in history to give up 15 goals during the group stage of the Champions League.

“Congrats to Erik Ten Hag on breaking a record-Manchester United are the first English team in history to concede 15 goals in the Champions League group stage,” he tweeted on his X account.

In recent months, Morgan has been an outspoken opponent of Ten Hag.

He has criticised the Dutchman on multiple occasions for the way he has handled former Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
