Tolani Baj Takes Credit for Inspiring J Hus’ Collaboration with Drake

In a recent interview with Clout Radio, Tolani Shobajo, well known as Tolani Baj, a disc jockey and former Big Brother Naija competitor, revealed something unexpected.
She said that the song “Who Told You Bad Man Don’t Dance,” featuring Drake, was inspired by British rapper J Hus’ contentious tweet suggesting that guys shouldn’t dance in clubs.

DJ Tolani Baj claims that she intended for her tweet, which started a contentious discussion, to imply that while males can dance, they should do so “respectfully,” particularly if they are dancing with a partner.

With the phrases “TBaj told y’all” and “You guys still owe me from that tweet,” she playfully sought credit for her contribution to the song.
