Mr Richard Gingras, Google Global Vice President, paid a courtesy visit to Dele Alake, Special Adviser to the President on Special Duties, Communications, and Strategy, on Friday.

President Tinubu reminded the visiting Google executive that Nigeria has creative and brilliant young people who are eager to learn, especially in this age of artificial intelligence, and that the tech giant has the capabilities and tools that the young people require to excel.

“I am delighted that Google is willing to collaborate with us.” You have responded to our request for digital innovation and assistance for our youth. You are assisting us in our efforts to promote the digital economy. We are eager to collaborate with you on your pledge to create one million digital employment in Nigeria.
