The neighbour questioned the retiree’s decision-making process after discovering his body hanging from a tree at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

According to some locals, the late retiree had previously voiced complaints about difficulty.

It was discovered that the deceased had expressed dissatisfaction over multiple individuals in his vicinity defrauding him of his pension and worried about the pension board not paying him in full.
