This was said by Mele Kyari, CEO of the NNPCL Group, in a conversation with State House reporters on Wednesday following a meeting with Tinubu.

To lessen the impact of the removal of subsidies on Nigerians, President Bola Tinubu has started implementing a structural approach to make affordable fuel through compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LPG) available.

This was stated on Wednesday by Mele Kyari, the Group CEO of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), in a conversation with State House reporters following a meeting with Tinubu.

The structural plan, which Kyari described as a “work in progress,” is one of the President’s palliative measures for the people, he added, adding that the plans would be released soon.

He continued by saying that a rehabilitation exercise was already in progress at the nation’s refinery and would soon be made public.
