Sokoto Tragedy: Bandits Ambush, Claim Nine CJTF Lives, Injure Several Others in Brutal Attack
In Sokoto State, a tragic incident unfolded as armed bandits clashed with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), resulting in the loss of at least nine CJTF members.
The confrontation took place in Isah Local Government Area, which has unfortunately become a notorious stronghold for these bandits.
The CJTF members displayed immense bravery as they confronted the armed assailants, but sadly, many of them sustained injuries during the encounter.
Additionally, the bandits took advantage of the chaos and managed to abduct three CJTF members.
This distressing incident marks the second time that the CJTF has been targeted by these bandits in Sokoto State.
