Skiibii boasts- I’ve never requested features from other artists

Abbey Toyyib Elias, nicknamed Skiibii, a well-known musician, has admitted that he never approached any of his bandmates for features, saying instead that they approach him.

The “Sensima” singer said this while participating in the KimOprah-hosted Hip TV show Trending.

“I don’t call other artists to do collaboration,” Skiibii added. I’m not into it. Olamide wanted to work with me on a project. I agreed when he requested that we perform a song together. My first music video to reach one million views on YouTube was the one I did with Olamide.

“Reekado Banks and I collaborated because we were pals. Before we can work together, we need to get to know one another. I don’t work with just anyone. Reeky and I were therefore close friends. We performed Sensima. We had already recorded a song together before that one called “London.”

“I also worked along with Kizz Daniel. Everyone is aware of his tight friendship with me. Davido messaged me on Instagram and expressed his desire to join the remix of my song “Baddest Boy,” which led to our collaboration.

He emphasised that he didn’t approach the international fame and that even Canadian rapper Tory Lanez requested to be included in the song.
