A well-known Nigerian singer named Falz the Bad Man was attacked by political thugs at his polling place in Lagos.
The singer was attacked and had his phone stolen, according to a post made on social media by a user going by the name Bello who was present at the scene of the crime.
“Falz and other voters have just been attacked, and his phone has been stolen at Ikate Lekki,” he tweeted. The local boys there are tearing apart and scattering ballot papers. They were unable to accept the support for the Labour Party that they observed.
“Right now, emergency services are required.”Those who reside close to the voting location have returned to their houses for their own safety. People’s phones are still being seized by authorities.
In a subsequent update, Bello stated: “My friend just phoned me right now weeping out of concern for these folks.” Please, security and police at Ikate, step in immediately.
