According to the IDF, two individuals are Israeli and five are foreign nationals.

It is believed that the Israelis are Arbel Yehud and Gadi Moses, while the foreign nationals are thought to be Thai.

Yehud, a 29-year-old civilian, was observed being guided through the crowds by masked gunmen.

Earlier, Agam Berger, another Israeli hostage, was released in northern Gaza and has since returned to Israel.

According to Hamas, Israel is set to release 110 Palestinians currently imprisoned in Israeli facilities at a later date.

This marks the third release of hostages since the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas commenced on January 19.

The Israeli military reports that the seven hostages have now been transferred to their forces in Gaza.

“The IDF has announced that the seven released hostages are now being escorted by special forces from both the IDF and ISA as they make their way back to Israeli territory, where they will first receive a medical evaluation.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed criticism over the “shocking scenes” witnessed during today’s release of hostages in Khan Younis.

“This is yet another example of the unimaginable cruelty exhibited by the terrorist organization Hamas,” he says.

I urge the mediators to ensure that such threats do not occur again and to guarantee the safety of our hostages. Anyone who attempts to harm them will be held responsible for their actions.

As previously reported, large crowds gathered when the seven hostages were handed over to the Red Cross earlier.

The Israeli military reports that seven hostages, comprising an Israeli man and woman along with five foreign nationals, have been released to the Red Cross.

According to information from the Red Cross, the seven individuals are now heading towards IDF and Shin Bet forces in the Gaza Strip.
