Recall that Olukoyede’s appointment as the Executive Chairman of the EFCC was authorised by President Bola Tinubu last week.

Subject to Senate confirmation, the appointment is for a four-year initial term that is renewable.

The former head of the anti-graft agency, Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa, was suspended by Tinubu over four months prior to Olukoyede’s appointment.

More information will be provided soon.
