Sen. Karimi urges arrest of fertilizer divertors in Kogi West

Senator Karimi has called on security agencies to arrest anyone involved in diverting or selling fertilizer intended for Kogi West farmers. Learn more about this urgent plea.

Senator Sunday Karimi, the Lawmaker for Kogi West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has instructed security agencies to apprehend and bring to justice any individual caught selling fertilizers he distributed without charge among farmers throughout the region.

After receiving information that certain individuals were purportedly selling fertilizers openly, Senator Karimi issued an appeal.

He stated that security agencies should apprehend anyone involved in selling the fertilizer distributed to his Constituency, with an aim of revealing those responsible for the malicious act against farmers from Kogi West.

The Senator reassured that continuous efforts are being made to furnish farmers with additional fertilizer, herbicides and other crucial assistance required to boost their crop production.

He stated that if the present attempts to sabotage good intentions remain unchecked, any distributed items will be wasted and produce no results.
