The arrest happened after Florida Highway Patrol troopers apparently noticed a black Bentley SUV obstructing a road.

The police who discovered the “ZEZE” rapper dozing off at the wheel and detected a potent stench emanating from inside the car said that the window was only halfway down.

When the policeman woke him up and confronted him, Kodak acknowledged that there was marijuana in the SUV, but TMZ claims the officer also saw a Styrofoam cup that he thought held booze.

He then motioned for Kodak to get out of the car.

Remember On the final day of his administration, Donald Trump pardoned Kodak for a prior conviction on a weapons offence.

According to his attorney Bradford Cohen, he was taken into custody in Fort Lauderdale on Friday and was freed on Saturday following a bail hearing when a $75,000 bond was arranged.
