Rabiu, the head of BUA Group, declines appointment from APC
The Chairman of the BUA Group, Abdulsamad Rabiu, “has decided to graciously decline his nomination/appointment as a member of the APC standing committee on Finance,” the company has written to publishers, partners, stakeholders, and the general public to let them know.
However, the business provided an explanation in a statement over the weekend.
With Mr. Rabiu’s focus on promoting economic growth through BUA Group’s projects and humanitarian activities through ASR Africa, it is crucial to highlight that our Chairman, Abdul Samad Rabiu, and BUA Group have continuously chosen an apolitical posture throughout the years, the statement says in part.
However, UA expressed its “deep gratitude to the APC for taking into consideration our Chairman for such a distinguished role.” This acknowledgement shows how dedicated he is, together with the BUA Group, to the advancement of Nigeria’s economy and development.
