The APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) has commented on Bola Tinubu’s decision to delegate questions while delivering a speech at Chatham House.

APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu gave a speech on Monday at Chatham House in the UK.

At the Chatham House, Tinubu discussed his action plan for Nigeria and answered inquiries regarding the debate-related controversies surrounding his age and absence from it.

The APC presidential candidate allowed members of his staff to respond to questions on his behalf during the engagement, including Nasir el-Rufai, the governor of Kaduna, and Femi Gbajabiamila, the speaker of the house of representatives.

However, Tinubu’s conduct has sparked discussion on social media as several Nigerians have questioned his decision to not respond to all of the queries.

Delegating queries to team members is “one of the novelties” of Tinubu, according to Dele Alake, director of strategic communication at the PCC, who was speaking in an interview with Channels Television.

“This is one of Asiwaju Tinubu’s ideas.
Remember that spotting talents have been one of his key, reliable assets,” he remarked.

“Asiwaju is the primus inter pares in team building; that is what he intended to demonstrate, and anyone with their head screwed on their head would realize that.

Everyone appreciates his ability to highlight professional and technological expertise in a variety of disciplines.
Those who are making the claims that you just made lack an understanding of the complexities and dynamics of leadership.
Leading others is not a solo act.

“A successful leader is built on a team of professionals and experts. Asiwaju has a reputation as a supporter of it, and that is what he demonstrated.

In addition to delegating, he also provided direct, personal responses to inquiries. He wanted to demonstrate the calibre of his staff, and during the town hall gathering at the Eko Hotel, he accomplished just that.

Some of his competitors are copying his method, but they are unable to get momentum since they lack a strong team like he does.
