Popular Porn Star Dies on Set During Threesome Scene

A well-known porn star tragically dies on set while filming a threesome, raising concerns about safety in the adult film industry. 

Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, popularly known as Anna Polly and a well-known Brazilian adult film star, has passed away.

The OnlyFans star passed away after a tragic fall from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguaçu, northwest of Rio de Janeiro, during filming for the adult content site.

It is reported that Anna Polly may have fallen during intimate scenes with two men she allegedly invited to the hotel for a threesome.

After questioning the hotel staff and reviewing the CCTV footage, the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit stated that their investigation is still ongoing. Additionally, her mobile phone is being examined for possible evidence.

As reported by the Mirror, the two men she had invited provided differing accounts of what occurred before her death.

The police characterized the incident as “complex,” taking into account all possibilities, ranging from a tragic accident to potential foul play.

The police stated that they are conducting a comprehensive investigation to understand the events. They described it as a complex case and emphasized that no scenario is being ruled out, from an accident to a potential crime.

The event allegedly took place at the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel, a four-star establishment.
