Police recruitment screening date revealed by FCT command
The start of the physical and credential screening process for all invited applicants of the 2022 Police Recruitment of General Duty/Specialist Police Constables has been set for January 8, 2024 by the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Police Command.
Only FCT natives are eligible for the exercise, according to a statement released on Friday by SP Josephine Adeh, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer.

The PPRO states that all applicants who have been shortlisted for the screening exercise will have their credentials cross-checked and their physical fitness assessed as part of the nationwide screening exercise, which is set to take place from January 8 to January 29, 2024.
Following the instructions on their invitation papers, she stated that all “invited applicants are to report at the FCT Police Command (Block B) on the designated date with the following:
Evidence of Mental and Physical Fitness from Medical Facilities Accredited by the Government.
“Verification of the applicants’ good character from the heads of each village and district.
Original and duplicate Certificates of Origin, officially attested by the chairman or secretary of the local government.
Original and copies of the National Identity Card or slip.
“O” level results, both original and duplicate, birth certificate, and age declaration
Take a printout of the application. completed invitation sheets and the guarantor’s form.
It should be noted that “recruitment is free” for all invited applicants.
