Police officer is accused of killing a man in Kebbi due to money-related issue
A police officer is said to have slain Ahmed Ibrahim because the two of them disagreed on financial matters.
This was announced on Thursday morning by Malam Jabir, the deceased’s brother, in a post on his official X handle.
He claimed that the regrettable event took place in Kebbi State’s Yauri Local Government Area on Wednesday.

“This is Ahmed Ibrahim,” Mr. Jabir wrote alongside a picture of the deceased. He’s my biological sibling. A small argument over money led to his death at the hands of a policeman in Kebbi State’s Yauri Local Government Area yesterday. The boy was courteous and extremely diligent. He was a true hustler who was constantly trying to get better at life when he was killed by a policeman.
As of the time this report was filed, the incident’s specifics are still hazy.
Nafiu Abubakar, the public relations officer for the Kebbi State Police, responded to an inquiry from Obasanjonews.com by saying, “Let me make inquiries and get back to you.”
