Our plans regarding the ‘unjust’ dismissal of lawmakers from the Plateau – Gov Mutfwang

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State recently revealed that efforts are being made to ensure justice for federal and state lawmakers who were removed from office by the Court of Appeal due to pre-election issues.

During a visit to the Executive Secretary of TETFund, Sunny Echono, in Abuja, Governor Mutfwang expressed his gratitude to Nigerians for their support in seeking justice for the affected former lawmakers. While there is currently no definitive answer to the situation, discussions are ongoing to address this matter.

Governor Mutfwang emphasized the importance of justice, fairness, and equity in all aspects of Nigerian society, and expressed his belief that the country will thrive when these values are upheld.

The governor expressed his appreciation to TETFund for their various intervention projects in higher education institutions in Plateau.

He visited TETFund to convey his gratitude and to request additional projects. He emphasized the significance of TETFund in educational development and commended those who established the institution.

The governor acknowledged the support received from TETFund in the past and recognized that expressing gratitude is a way to receive further assistance. He specifically mentioned the intervention in state-owned institutions such as Plateau State University, Plateau State Polytechnic, and Plateau State College of Education in Gindiri, as well as federal institutions like the University of Jos, FCE Pankshin, and the College of Veterinary Services in Vom. Overall, he expressed his gratitude to TETFund for their contributions to the educational sector.
