Otti appoints Chairmen for Transition Council in Abia

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has proposed 34 candidates to lead and deputy lead the state’s 17 local councils.

David Ogba and John Udeagbala are the nominees for the Ohafia and Aba North Local Government Areas, respectively.

According to a statement from the Commissioner for Chieftaincy Affairs and Local Government, Uzo Nwachukwu, the Governor has forwarded the names of the nominees to the Abia State House of Assembly for verification and screening.
