Nigerian artist Oladips breaks his silence on the rumors circulating about his death
Oladipupo Oladimeji, better known by his stage as Oladips, is a Nigerian singer who has finally responded to rumours of his impending death.
In a live session on Thursday, he addressed the matter and assured followers that he is still alive and well.
The rapper returned to the internet on Thursday, November 15, after being pronounced deceased on November 15.

He disputes the rumours that he has passed away in a video, which features the music from his most recent album, “Ori.”
In a live Instagram session with his fans today, the troubled rapper pledged to share the reasons for the death hoax, but he clarified that this would only happen after he felt better.
In his own words: “People like to talk a lot, but everyone just talks on their own.” I’ll simply concentrate on getting better for the time being. Once I think I’m ready to speak to everyone, I’ll go live and give you all my side of the story. I can’t even tell you what people are like. Offer up prayers for Oladips.
Remember how Oladips’ management claimed in a statement that the rapper had died on November 14th, making the news go viral?
“We are saddened to inform the general public that Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji aka OLA DIPS has passed away yesterday Nov’14 Tuesday evening, at exactly 10:14 pm,” the management stated at the aforementioned time. As we speak, we are still in shock!
“He has been holding his struggles inside for more than two years. His body is currently with his family, and a funeral service announcement will be made as soon as it is over!
“During this difficult moment, the family asked that we respect their privacy. God grant us all the strength to endure this significant loss. (Amen) -Management “states the sentence.
However, a statement from singer and Oladips’ close friend Qdot stated that the rapper was still alive and well, two days after his death was made public.
Following Qdot’s admission, a large number of social media users questioned the accuracy of the death news.
Oladips posted a video of himself dancing to a song from his new album, “Superhero Adugbo,” on his Instagram account on Thursday in response to the commotion.
The video was titled “Proof of life” by him.
