New appointments are made by Gov. Lawal in Zamfara

The appointment of medical directors, special advisers, senior special assistants, and senior assistants has received the governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, approval.

Suleiman Bala Idris, the governor’s spokeswoman, wrote a statement that was distributed to journalists that said the new hires are in line with Governor Lawal’s dedication to effective service delivery and hiring the best candidates.

Two medical directors, four special advisers, five senior special assistants, and two special assistants are among the new hires, according to the announcement.

The Governor authorised Dr. Aminu Muhammad’s appointment as the medical director of Yeriman Bakura Specialists Hospital and Dr. Amina Hassan’s appointment as the medical director of General Hospital, Gusau, according to the statement: “In the Ministry of Health.

Additionally, the Governor has given his approval for the appointment of the following Special Advisers: Bala Umar Chafe, Special Adviser, Intergovernmental Relations; Nura Almajir, Special Adviser, Job Creation; and Muhammed Gado Anka, Special Adviser, Community Engagement.

Ajiya S. Ajiya, Senior Special Assistant, Legal Matters; Musa S. Muhammed, Senior Special Assistant, Legal; Ibrahim N. Isma’il, Senior Special Assistant, Intergovernmental Affairs; Amina Danjuma, Senior Special Assistant, Donor Coordination; Ishaku James, Special Assistant, Youth and Sports; and Abdul Sidi, Special Assistant, Governor’s Office are the other new hires.

Every appointment is effective right away.
