According to reports, Jose Mourinho, the head coach of AS Roma, has asked his team to sign Jakub Kiwior, an Arsenal defender, in the January transfer window.
In an effort to strengthen Roma’s defence in the second half of the season, Mourinho wants to add Kiwior to his backline.
Romagiallorossa, an Italian tabloid, reports that Mourinho’s team is hoping to recruit Eric Dier of Tottenham or Kiwior in January.

Kiwior paid €25 million to join Arsenal in January, moving from Italian team Spezia Calcio.
The 23-year-old, who is viewed as Gabriel’s backup at left centre back, has had difficulty getting consistent playing time.
Only four Premier League games hath the Poland international made for Mikel Artea’s team this season.
He has made 16 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions, netting one goal and dishing out none.
But since Evan Ndicka will be playing for Ivory Coast in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in January, Roma is looking to sign someone cheap.
