Minister of Foreign Affairs urges for world peace on Eid Al Maulud

On the occasion of Eid al Maulud, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has urged world peace and harmony.

The minister urged the Muslim Ummah to emulate the honourable and exemplary life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW (Peace Be Upon Him) in their daily lives in a statement that was signed by Alkasim Abdulkadir, his Special Assistant on Media and Communications Strategy.

In addition, he prayed for peace and security in Nigeria, particularly in the ECOWAS area and other troubled regions of the world, and he urged everyone to adopt tolerance, love, and compassion.

He asserted, “The message from the life of the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him is one of inspiration to be religious and kind. His commitment to love, compassion, humility, and promoting tolerance is necessary at this time.
