A man has been remanded in the Ogwashi-Uku Correctional Center by a Delta State Magistrate Court in Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area, for allegedly raping his girlfriend’s 17-year-old daughter.
Marvin Mordi, the activist in charge of the case, claimed that the suspect had been sexually abusing the girl since she was 11 years old and had given her the HIV virus.
“The mother of the youngster was aware of the circumstance, but she made the decision to keep it hidden since she didn’t want to damage her connection.”

Popular activist Comrade Israel Joe confirmed the incident in a post with the man’s photo on his Instagram page, saying that the man had given the victim’s mother HIV.
The man who gave a woman HIV and has been defiling her teenage daughter was remanded today by an Ibusa magistrate court. “On Thursday, I came upon this individual at the State CID in Asaba, and I was thankful that he had not been freed because jungle justice would have been carried out,” he wrote.
