Ademola Lookman returned home with the Man of the Match award after Atalanta’s 3–0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine.

Lookman recorded one goal and one assist in the match.

It was the winger’s first goal in the UEFA Champions League.

According to the UEFA Technical Observer Panel, “He (Lookman) showed great skill and was excellent on the ball.

He scored one goal, assisted one and scored two chances, hitting the crossbar. He was always familiar with his teammates and showed tactically clever movement and good defensive play.”

The 25-year-old played 60 minutes in the match.

He was replaced by Matteo Letegui.
