The 2023 People Democratic Party, PDP, candidate for Dekina/Bassa Federal House of Representatives, Usman Okai, has publicly denounced the former Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello, for attempting to bribe a judge, as revealed in leaked WhatsApp conversations involving the state’s Commissioner for Information, Kingsley Fanwo, and others.

Okai criticized Fanwo for his involvement in corrupt practices within the state, urging him to remain silent and issue an apology for his role in attempting to manipulate the justice system with monetary incentives.

According to Okai, Fanwo’s denial of any wrongdoing is futile, as the leaked group chat has exposed his true intentions and his close ties to those seeking power in Kogi state.

The PDP candidate highlighted Fanwo’s background, stating that he was brought in as a media assistant but has now deviated from his initial role to engage in unethical practices.

Okai emphasized that Fanwo’s loyalty to Yahaya Bello has clouded his judgment, leading him to deceive the people of Kogi state and prioritize personal gain over integrity.

In conclusion, Okai warned Fanwo to learn from the mistakes of others who were once promised great things by Bello but were ultimately let down, urging him to reconsider his actions and prioritize honesty and transparency in his dealings.

Today, the individual’s previous school administrator, who shamelessly plundered the state, is now confronting divine retribution during their time on this earth.
