It is anticipated that the labor leaders will peacefully lead a procession to the police facility where Ajaero will undergo questioning regarding allegations of financing terrorism, engaging in cybercrime, subverting authority, conspiring criminally and committing an act of treason.
To keep law and order, police officers are stationed a few meters away from the NLC facility in large numbers.

Emmanuel Ugboaja, the General Secretary of NLC revealed to Channels Television on Wednesday that Ajaero had been tasked with mobilizing members for support by all state chapters and affiliate teams.
Members from different states were instructed by Ugboaja to mobilize and participate in a peaceful procession towards their corresponding state police commands. Furthermore, they were advised to remain there until the NLC president is released from questioning by the authorities.
Last week, Ajaero was summoned by the police for interrogation on charges of financing terrorism, committing treasonable felony and engaging in cybercrime.
