Eight people, including three police officers, died in a terrible car accident in the Gunu area of Niger State just 24 hours after 11 people died in the Mokwa local government area of the same state.
According to eyewitness accounts, the collision between a Toyota Camry and a Volkswagen Wagon happened on Tuesday night along Minna-Gwada Road.
The report also said that 12 people were involved in the accident. Eight of them were confirmed to be dead, and the other four were taken to the General Hospital in Minna, which is the capital of the state.
