Popular social media influencer Sarah Idaji Ojone, also known as Saida Boj, has faced restrictions on major platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

This action was taken following the circulation of a viral video in which she made contentious remarks about men and relationships.

During an appearance on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Saida Boj insisted that a man should send her N500,000 during the ‘talking stage’ within 24 hours. She defended this request by asserting that her physical appearance justified such compensation. When questioned about the consequences of her statements, she went on to claim that a man who gifts her N20 million could have access to her in any way he desired.

Her comments quickly triggered a significant negative response, drawing disapproval from various celebrities like Erigga and Dat Warri Girl, as well as numerous social media users. Critics accused her of promoting materialism and setting unrealistic relationship standards.

Following the strong backlash, Saida Boj’s social media profiles were suspended. Nevertheless, she promptly reappeared with a new video on a different Facebook account, where she boldly addressed her critics. She showed no concern for the bans, stating that she was accustomed to being removed from platforms, and advised her detractors to concentrate on their own ventures rather than reporting her accounts.

“You seem pleased that my social media accounts were taken down. I hope you can channel the same energy you use to report my account into making money. I’m back, and I’m here to stay,” Saida Boj declared in her latest video.

Despite the restrictions, Saida Boj remains steadfast and continues to interact with her followers through other channels, upholding her controversial opinions and online presence.
