Nigerian rapper Illbliss paid tribute to his late colleague, Dagrin, who tragically passed away in a fatal car accident on April 22, 2010.

On the 14th anniversary of Dagrin’s death, Illbliss took to social media to honor his memory, emphasizing that his legacy will continue to live on.

Sharing a photo of Dagrin, Illbliss expressed his heartfelt sentiments, stating, “Keep Resting Bro! Your legacy will never end.

We remember you. We respect your colossal immeasurable contributions to Nigerian Hiphop. You inspired so many. Keep resting.”

Dagrin is recognized for his significant role in popularizing indigenous rap in Nigeria and serving as an inspiration to numerous indigenous rappers, even posthumously.

His impactful songs such as Pon Pon Pon, Thank God (featuring Omawumi), Kondo, If I Die, among others, solidified his legacy in the Nigerian music industry.

Despite his untimely death at the age of 25, Dagrin’s influence and contributions to the music scene continue to be celebrated and remembered by fans and fellow artists alike.
