Alibaba, the renowned comedian, has asserted that he is the mastermind behind most of the jokes told by Nigerian comedians.

Despite the fact that he has recycled his jokes, some comedians still believe that he has not made significant contributions to the comedy industry.

During a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, co-hosted by actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Deity Cole, and Husband Material, Alibaba expressed his frustration. He stated that a popular skit maker contacted him and released a video that was based on one of his jokes from 1988. According to Alibaba, there are numerous skits circulating that have been inspired by his jokes.

In light of this, he advised skit makers and comedians to always acknowledge the original creators of their content ideas.
