Funds mismanaged on Osun’s new logo- APM

The APM in Osun State has strongly criticized the new state logo designed by the state government, calling it a misuse of taxpayers’ money. According to the party’s chairman, Wale Adebayo, the entire concept behind the new logo initiative is flawed, likening it to climbing a tree from the top.

The Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, recently signed a bill introducing the new logo for the state.

The bill signing ceremony was attended by the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Adewale Egbedun, as reported by Obasanjonews.com.

Governor Adeleke emphasized that the new logo represents a fresh start for Osun State, aligning with its history, values, and traditions.

He highlighted that the logo serves as an educational tool for the younger generation, showcasing the state’s landmarks, resources, and history to both local and international audiences.

Despite the governor’s positive outlook on the new logo, the APM remains unimpressed with the development.

Adebayo reiterated that the people of Osun State require leadership that can address their needs and provide tangible benefits, such as employment opportunities, rather than focusing on symbolic projects like a new logo.
